Make It A Walk

Enough of this STANDING AROUND business!

The exercises I give clients begin as static positions, meaning they stay in one place as they perform it.

However, I encourage them (and you) to begin "productively wandering" with an exercise once comfortable with the static version:

Personally, this feels more natural to me than static exercise and, from a practical standpoint, increases the real-world application by adding more balance & coordination demands.

The tradeoff is it can be harder to concentrate on specific areas of restriction/weakness/pain when performing exercises in "wander mode."

But that's easy to adjust.  Just go back to "static mode" until you've unlocked/released the restriction, and then continue wandering :)

You're not broken.  You just need to MOVE BETTER.
