It's not the chair's fault...

All it takes is a MINUTE...


Contrary to popular belief, sedentary living - aka "not moving enough" - isn't as bad as you think.

"But Sean, you're a STRENGTH COACH!  Aren't you LAST person who would say such a thing?!"

You'd think, but here's the thing...

...I sit most of the day too.

I run a business, so when I'm not coaching on my feet (which is just a few hours a week at this point) I'm at my desk making this all happen.

I probably put in 30-40 hours/week at my desk and yet, at 43, I can still jump like a kangaroo, sprint with my buddies in their 20s, and do it all without pain.

What's the secret?  

It isn't my training, I can tell you that.

These days I mostly train fast and heavy, which does NOT relieve the stiffness and compression I get from sitting so much.

So what does?  

Movement breaks.  Lots of them:

These two habits can do more for you than all the pills, injections, and supplements in the world combined.

Save your money and just move (and sit) BETTER.
