Knee Repair 101: Circles & Sissy

Fill the gaps, fix the knees...

Knee pain is the main driver of my clientele.  It's almost like our knees are just designed badly!

Of course that's not the case.  Our knees are designed beautifully, but in the modern world they have several functions that get neglected, causing them to fall into atrophy and disrepair.

The most common dysfunction I see in clients with knee pain is the inability to anteriorly load them.  This means to support bodyweight in the front of the knee.

In addition to this, knees are just part of a system of movement, and need support from the hips to function properly.  The biggest hip function gap I see?  No lateral strength, meaning the ability to lift the leg sideways.

Fix these two gaps, and you'll go far in resolving even the deepest knee pain:

You're not BROKEN.  You just need to MOVE BETTER.
