Parkour...at 92?!

Everything scales...

One of my life's great pleasures is teaching parkour on the weekends.

It's literally getting paid to play :)

But parkour is an advanced form of play, and without proper instruction it can turn dangerous in a hurry, especially for new students.

Fortunately I'm a great coach :)

Every Sunday I run the all-ages class at Apex Movement here in Denver, CO.

It lives up to its name, bringing in the widest possible range of students.

I get adolescents who move like cats to middle-aged parents with bum ankles/knees/shoulders, you name it.

Then there's Mike.

Mike is 92 and has, from a parkour coaching perspective, every possible problem.

His eyesight is failing, his hands barely work, he can't lift his knees very high, etc.

Everything he does, even just walking, terrifies me.

But he loves parkour, and I can't tell him no!

Instead, I prepare better:

Even with something as dynamic as parkour, my joint repair practice is always present, helping me crack the code on scaling any movement to a healthy, adaptable level.

Even for Mike.

We all have this instinct.  The art of joint repair is about reconnecting to it, and using it to heal from pain.

You're not broken.  You just need to MOVE BETTER.
