Sitting Isn't Bad For You!

You're just doing it wrong.

Sit, human, sit!  Good human.

We can complain about modern, sedentary living till we're blue in the face, but sitting isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Even someone like me who has a dozen active hobbies and trains every day still sits a lot.

As an online strength coach I average 5-6 hours of sitting each day.  


Most of this is just running the business.  I'm a lean, mean operation of one, which is how I like it.

But that means more sitting than I've experienced since I was in grade school.  

I didn't like it then.  I don't like it now.  But the work must be done.  

So what do I do? I adapt.

Your body can heal itself whenever it wants to, including while you read this.  

The question is are you willing to make it happen, over and over again, even when seated?

Especially when seated?
